Wake Up

What is in reality a world?

It is not what we see in kind

But what we see in our mind

It is not what we see as the dirt

But it is perception of our heart

It is not what lies on earth as theirs

It is  infact what our brain stares

It is not about what whales eat

It is what our brain takes as treat

Stars may be shining in the sky

Your world is feeling felt as thy

Living in past is a useless worry

One can’t change it, make no try

Responsibility one takes, be met

However one may have to sweat

People have to live in their world

Join these all to get a grand guild

Life is for enjoying, live it happily

Don’t trouble others, do it steadily

There is a lot in world what is beautiful

One needs to think and live bountiful

There’s a lot of common sense talking here, and cleverly put across as poetry!
I enjoyed the read and the sentiment.

There’s a lot of truth in your words. They’re not only poetry; they’re words of wisdom. One’s world is, indeed, how one sees it. One’s world is what his reality is; it is “But what we see in our mind.” Thanks for sharing and also for the compliment about my poem. 🙂

Perception of the mind seems to always rule our worlds … in some cases it can imprison our spirit…others free it but isn’t something that is always subject to interpretation and based on others perception? LOL!
Great inspiration and food for thought Doc…I always like reading your words!
May you have peace and time to smile.

what we see in mind, isn’t it at most times, reflective of what we see in kind? i mean, doesn’t mind relate to what it views in daily life?

Aim of this poem is to point out that unnecessary worries are pointless, but these occupy mind of many people most of the times.

What actually matters is what we feel in our mind, because that is our perception of the world. It may not be synonymous with reality always.

Thanks for the visit and raising the querry.

      Have a nice day.
