Poverty? Ornaments or Kids Care in mind

Point of view of a person is all important

Every point has 360 degrees, it’s around

Globe looks different from different stars

Fate decided partly by sun, moon’ n mars

Nobody is poor in this world of diversity

Everybody is deficient in some of quality

Think some one poor, is be-fooling himself

Everybody is confined n lives in his belief

So called poor person, may be having less

Less n more are adjectives, relative stress

Life may be more in years, less in virtues

Poor is paid less, by man, potential statues

Circumstances too are not all controllable

Bravery is living life, amongst the gullible

Financially rich may be mentally depressed

Devoid of money, but happiness possessed

A couple may be having no issues, tried best

Poor with many kids, having an earning’s test

Person is paid according to services rendered

Acquired more from society, be surrendered

No one is there, devoid of desires, or fulfilled

Everybody has a glass, definitely partly filled

Poverty can be alleviated by knowledge.
The gift of knowledge is a far higher gift than that of food & clothes , it is even higher than giving life to a man; because the real life of man consists of knowledge.

Definitely different things look different from different angles. Yes, this world is full of plenty and scarcity. Plenty in scarcity and scarcity in plenty exists simultaneously.

Wow Madan, this poem is like a double edged sword.
    Nicely crafted and very true.
Sometimes the more we have can be a problem.
    Sometimes ignorance really is bliss.
    Enjoyed this

You walk in this world with your eyes wide open Doc. Often it is easy to overlook people because of their deficiencies but you are absolutely correct we can learn from anyone but only if we walk with our eyes open as you do.
I also agree with Dr Panda. Imagine impoverished people knowing how to drill for water in rock layers, or to avoid some sickness with hygiene, or how to make a living using a talent that they have (like a basketball player). A little knowledge could go along way for many of those people…Have a great day!

      You are right Stuart,
Knowledge is such a wide sphere that one can have only limited fraction of it.
Everybody is specialist in some field and ignorant in others.
      Everybody is a different individual.
Thanks for the drop in and have a nice day.

Fabulous! Having just read “Same kind of different as me,” I feel as if the universe is working hard to send me a message about our roles in this world. I am glad I came here, read and learned a little more.

      Thanks for the drop in.
That is the way of life.
I don’t feel sad about it.
I prefer to do whatever I can do about it and enjoy life.
Have a nice day and wish you a very happy and prosperous new year.
